Fox Chase was one of the first planned Condominium Communities, developed by the Bert L. Smokler Company. Construction began in 1968, and ultimately resulted in the creation of 496 family units offering townhouse and ranch style floor plans. Today, Fox Chase offers its co-owners and residents a dynamic, mature, successful, community with an ongoing plan that has allowed for the development of a well-maintained, fiscally sound, family oriented environment.
