This is a condominium community including common grounds shared by all. Neighborhood rules, policies, schemes, etc. are adhered to for the good of the community and at times may appear to be stringent to a typical homeowner. If this is your first experience with condominium living, we encourage you to read these documents prior to purchase. Issues such as parking, picking up after your pet, or modifications to your home, for instance, are all covered under these rules.
Large items should be placed next to the dumpsters for very early morning Tuesday pickups. Please do not put out any earlier than Monday evenings at 6pm.
